Well don't worry I will show you how to lose weight before your wedding day arrives Most brides are experiencing extreme stress and anxiety when their wedding day approaches. You will certainly have to do a lot of preparation and attend to a lot of details for your most important day. When doing all this, it can become very difficult to even maintain the modest level of good nutrition. We've all heard the tales, about the brides trying to handle the stress situation by dropping all healthy eating habits, and help themselves on junk food.

Drink A Lot Of Water.

One of the most important things, many times overseen, is hydration. First of all, water lowers body fat. Water also improves digestion and makes you feel full. It also makes your skin look much better and flushes cellulite. The amount of water a human requires, is about 2.5 litres per day. Most people have trouble trying to get to that amount.

TIP: When you are walking around all day, planning your wedding, carry a bottle of water with you and sip it throughout the day.

Try To Exercise About 10 Minutes a Day

This will stimulate your metabolism and makes you feel more active. Walking also counts in this matter. You can always increase this, when it becomes routine.

Only Eat Small Portions But Often

Your metabolism is more efficient in handling small portions of food than tackling one large meal. With small portions, we mean not larger and thicker than the palm of your hand. Try to eat every 3 to 4 hours, from the time you wake up.

Most important is, DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and makes up for a good start of the day.

Reward Yourself!

You have to reward yourself for keeping the tight schedule. Don't worry you won't gain fat with this. This is because your body gets fooled by thinking It will get the same food as the other days and so eliminates the effects of junk food. As long as you eat healthy food the other day. I repeat, this is NOT A SIN but a REWARD.
