I don't know about you, but I hate to waste my time and money. So I'm going to help you out. Here are a few tips to help you control your weight loss: -- Get a great physical hobby: Let's be honest here. Most of us don't like to exercise. It's difficult, tedious, it can tire you out quickly, and you have to do it every other day. To make things worse, it'll take a long time before you see any results. But you don't have to lift weights or run on a tread mill to lose weight. For instance, many people like sex and that's an excellent way to burn calories. Other activities include beach ball, surfing, martial arts, tennis, and basketball. Pick something you'll like; you'll definitely want to get yourself one. -- Breakfast: Eating breakfast every day will help you keep weight off. It won't help you lose weight, but it can stop extra pounds from sneaking up on you out of nowhere. -- Food: How you eat in general is important, too. Eating a bunch of small meals in short intervals will help you lose weight. Those who eat large meals in one sitting will find it harder to lose weight than others.
