Keep to fresh food: It is always better to eat fresh food. Convenience food are normally very calorie dense and it can make for passive overeating (overeating without realizing how many calories you are consuming.) This is becoming a very real problem in today's busy life. Make sure what you are eating; even salads are not always a safe choice if it contains all kinds of high calorie ingredients.
